Appointment of Industrial Relations Officer
Salary £80,385- £93,740 per annum (Re-advertisement)
Applications are invited for the position of Industrial Relations Officer within the Manx Industrial Relations Service (MIRS.)
The Industrial Relations Officer will be required to lead a small, experienced team of Deputy Industrial Relations Officers to maintain stable industrial relations on the Island by exercising their statutory responsibilities.
The focal point of industrial relations / HR expertise in relation to Isle of Man employment legislation, the post holder will drive the MIRS to deliver impartial and independent advice and to resolve individual and collective disputes through effective negotiation with employees, employers, advocates and trade union representatives.
