Looky’s Aid Discounted scholarships at University Campus of Football Business (UCFB)

We are delighted to announce that Looky’s Aid is to offer four discounted scholarships per annum at UCFB to Manx youngsters facing economic or personal adversity. UCFB will discount the fees of successful applicants by £2,500 per annum, thereby removing the current element of students being liable to pay the first £2,500 towards their studies (i.e. the loan portion).

UCFB offers degree courses in sports coaching, administration, and marketing, providing a superb qualification for students seeking to work in the multi-billion-pound sports industry.

The opportunity has been made possible through the kind support of Brendan Flood, the founder and chairman of UCFB and is in memory of our charity's inspiration, Lucas 'Looky' Martin, a wonderful young person and talented all-round sportsman who lost his life, aged 21, to meningitis.

Details of how to apply for support can be found on our website. Please note that there are a number of stipulations within the application process aimed at ensuring that the support goes to the most worthy candidates, so please only apply if you genuinely believe your circumstances warrant it.
