Spring Covid Programme
The Spring Covid programme finished on the 31 July 2026.
The Autumn Covid 19 and Seasonal Flu Programme will commence in October 2026. Further details about the autumn programme will be released in due course.
Additional vaccines for people with a severely weakened immune system
If you have recently been diagnosed with a health condition which weakens your immune system, if you have commenced treatment or started medication that suppresses your immune system, you may be at increased risk from COVID-19.
Please speak to your Consultant or contact the Vaccination Team. Email vaccinations@gov.im or call +44 1624 822111 or 111 to check your eligibility.
You can opt in or opt out of the vaccination programme.

You can contact the Isle of Man Vaccination Service Team by phone, email, or online portal if you need to manage your appointment or change your vaccination status.

- Operating Hours: Lines are open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. They also stay open until the final appointment on any day vaccinations are actively being given

- Required Details: You must provide your full name and date of birth, or your 10-digit NHS number
Online Portal:
- Website: Use the Isle of Man Government Vaccination Booking Service
- Functions: You can register, book an open slot, change your date, or completely opt out
- What You Need: Your booking reference and NHS number
