COVID-19 vaccination programme

Spring Covid Programme

The Spring Covid programme will commence on 27 April 2026 and end on 31 July 2026.

Eligible Groups

  1. Adults aged 75 years and over (Including those turning 75 by 31 July 2026)
    • Eligibility is based on age on the date of vaccination
    • Includes anyone who will turn 75 on or before 31 July 2026

  2. Residents in a care home for older adults
    • Includes all residents of older adult care homes

  3. Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed

Additional vaccines for people with a severely weakened immune system

If you have recently been diagnosed with a health condition which weakens your immune system, if you have commenced treatment or started medication that suppresses your immune system, you may be at increased risk from COVID-19.

Please speak to your Consultant or contact the Vaccination Team. Email vaccinations@gov.im or call +44 1624 822111 or 111 to check your eligibility.

You can opt in or opt out of the vaccination programme.

If you cannot attend the allocated time and/or date of your appointment, wish to opt out of the Covid Vaccination programme or arrange support for a family member who is unable to give consent, you can contact us in the following ways:

Go online at the vaccines and boosters online services page

  • You will be asked for:
    • Your name and date of birth
    • Your NHS number as shown in your booking information
    • The booking reference

  • Email the Vaccination Service at vaccinations@gov.im including your name and date of birth or NHS number and any request you have

  • The phone lines are open from 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. The phone lines will also be open from 9:30am to 4:30pm on any days that vaccines are being administered. At times the phone lines will be busy, and you may have to wait to speak to someone
